Sian Martins, Owner and New Business Development Specialist has over 25 years’ experience and a proven track record of success.

As a Black Owned & Operated Business, Sian has created a business model that speaks to the importance of increasing revenue and establishing long term client relationships. She’s worked with Start-up’s, New Businesses and Fortune 500 companies in the IT, Finance, Education, Law, Construction, Staffing, Real Estate, Environmental and Medical industries. Additionally, she provides sales and brand development coaching.

When Sian established Panthera Sales & Consulting in 2015 she had no online presence, no website, or social media pages. What she did have was an in depth understanding of how important it was to focus on creating client relationships with a solid foundation built on rapport, trust and proof of concept. By 2020, she had multiple successful business relationships and multiple business referrals.

As Sian’s business continued to grow she began to develop an online presence for herself. Many of her competitors had flashy websites and social media platforms with thousands and thousands of followers. What she couldn’t understand was how were they able to establish relationships with so many followers? What do they know about their followers and what strategies are they using to connect with them?

This inspired Sian to create strategies that embraced her “old school” methodology of creating trust and rapport while also creating online relationships using social media, email marketing and search engine optimization. Instead of blindly recruiting followers or potential clients, she has been highly successful with attracting and targeting the right audience, creating influencer campaigns, and connecting with followers organically for herself and her clients.

"The most amazing website, social media platform and millions of followers, will not provide a return on investment if the focus isn't on the relationship first".
